The mama squirrel happily tosses the days awful thoughts into the cauldron. She knows how to trap them and how to make a potion to transform them. The little ones are playing with the gems and trinkets they find in their mother’s work space. Their eyes are wide with wonder.

Toxic thoughts nag at us on occasion, and they are quite bothersome so how do we get rid of them? The next time invasive thoughts come creeping into your mind, watch them get tossed into the bubbling pot and hear it pop and sizzle as they melt and turn to steam. Allow them to fly away and live on lofty as butterflies, and no longer a nasty nuisance. You can laugh as you watch them vanish, or let your childhood creativity come up with all kinds of fun ways to bid them farewell.
